Company Description
We are looking for a candidate for a company active in the industrial sector, based in Geneva, for the position of:
Planning and Scheduling Manager
Mission:
Supervise the implementation of planning in the workshop according to the production plan
Job Description
Production monitoring on the short term (3 months):
- Communicate the target hours to be achieved for each cell (PDP + and delay)
- Adjust capacities in Ortems according to contingencies (synchronisation, specific cases)
- Load the Work Centres and prioritise the orders to be processed
- Organise workstations for the following week
- Ordo / planning meeting: manage priorities and communicate order deadlines
- Specific monitoring of critical parts
- Monitoring dormant orders
- Monitor splitting (update Ortems)
Non-conformance monitoring:
- Monitor repair orders and orders in rework (status R)
- Link repair orders to original orders in Ortems
Miscellaneous:
- Extract Ordrpla in the short term (1 month) and forward to planning
- Optimise Ortems (parameters, scheduling criteria, training)
- Analyse load / capacity on the short term (3 months)
- Maintain scheduling activity KPIs
- Indicators: depth of delay, number of orders, SAP / Ortems deadline variances, adherence to PDP
Profile sought
- Experience in industrial Supply Chain: Planning & Scheduling
- Proficiency in SAP ERP
- Good command of common IT tools
