Finance Director / Member of the Executive Board 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this key position, you are a member of the executive board and responsible for the financial management of the company as well as the leadership of the finance and controlling departments. You make a significant contribution to sustainable corporate development and actively shape the digital transformation.

• Overall responsibility for the areas of finance, controlling and compliance

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the finance department staff

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS

• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

• Ensuring effective cost and liquidity management

• Further development of controlling instruments and financial processes

• Optimisation of value flows and financial processes in the ERP system

• Contact person for external stakeholders in financial, legal and tax matters

• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Preparation of tax returns as well as accounting for direct and indirect taxes

What do I need to be successful?

• Degree in business administration (FH/University) with a focus on finance, controlling or comparable further education

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance and controlling

• Proven success in leading a finance department

• Sound knowledge of accounting according to OR and IFRS

• Experience in budgeting, controlling, taxes and compliance

• Strong leadership, communication and social skills

• Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality

• High initiative, decisiveness and assertiveness

• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
