Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Sanitary / Building Services Engineering for the independent planning and realisation of demanding sanitary projects in the Zurich area. You will accompany the projects from work preparation through execution to acceptance and handover and bear responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs. In doing so, you coordinate installation teams, suppliers and other project participants and represent the sanitary engineering at construction and coordination meetings. The role combines technical project management, construction execution and commercial responsibility with a regionally focused project activity.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and execution of sanitary projects in new construction, conversion and renovation projects
Responsibility for work preparation and execution planning
Organisation and supervision of construction and installation execution
Management of projects regarding costs, deadlines, quality and resources
Technical coordination of installation teams and internal project participants
Responsibility for material disposition, purchasing and timely procurement
Participation in and technical representation at construction, planning and coordination meetings
Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors
Conducting interim inspections, quality controls and acceptances
Coordination of interfaces with heating, ventilation, cooling and electrical
Processing of project changes, claims, measurements and billing
Ensuring complete project, acceptance and revision documentation
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as sanitary installer EFZ or building services planner sanitary EFZ
Several years of professional experience as project manager sanitary or in a comparable role
Good knowledge of sanitary technology, work preparation and construction execution
Knowledge of relevant SVGW guidelines and SIA standards
Experience in material procurement, cost control and project accounting
Confident use of industry-standard office, calculation and project management systems
Good German language skills, spoken and written
