Job Description
As a case manager at the Lausanne district prefecture, you participate in managing all administrative, criminal, and civil services of the prefecture. Your role is part of an evolving entity offering varied tasks.
Responsibilities
- Managing administrative services related to various criminal procedures such as fines, orders, objections to payment arrangements
- Managing administrative services related to various procedures of the conciliation commission concerning tenancy matters
- Welcoming and providing information to users at the prefecture counter
- Administrative follow-up of municipal and association accounts
- Managing the prefecture's accounting entries

Qualifications
- Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Services or equivalent qualification
- Certificate as a company trainer (an asset)
- Professional experience in criminal law or tenancy procedure
- Strong interest in public institutions
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Organisational skills and time management
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Developed customer orientation, listening and communication skills
