Do you want to actively shape information security and drive the development of a modern cyber security management? In this role, you take responsibility for governance, risk & compliance, further develop security standards, and ensure that regulatory requirements are sustainably met.
Responsibilities:
You continuously manage and develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001.
You identify, assess, and monitor cyber risks and initiate appropriate measures for risk treatment.
You ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal security requirements.
You develop policies, standards, and security processes and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for Business Continuity Management (BCM) as well as the planning and further development of corresponding concepts.
You coordinate Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and assess security risks of external service providers.
You plan and accompany internal and external audits and support certification processes.
You create reports, key figures, and dashboards for management and organise regular exercises on Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Incident Response.
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education or a degree in computer science (HF/FH).
You have completed further training or certifications in cyber security or information security.
You bring sound knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, cyber risk management, and compliance frameworks.
You work analytically, structured, and have a strong understanding of governance and security processes.
You convince through initiative, communication skills, and teamwork.
You are passionate about information security and want to actively further develop security standards.
You are fluent in German.
