Customer Service Advisor for Light and Heavy Motor Vehicles 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Support and advice for our customers regarding service and repair enquiries

• Consultations and appointment coordination with customers

• Preparation of cost estimates

• Recording and processing of workshop orders up to invoicing

• Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed

• Management, provision, issue and return of replacement vehicles

• Telephone appointment scheduling and consultations in the customer service area

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector

• Ideally, prior knowledge of the motorhome product range

• Experience in customer service advisory

• Strong service orientation and high commitment

• Resilience and ability to work in a structured manner even under high workload

• Driving licence categories B and C
