Electrical Engineer for Production Facilities - inhouse (m/f/d)

For our renowned business partner, an internationally leading industrial company in surface and materials technology in the Wohlen (AG) region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Electrical Engineer for Production Facilities (inhouse) for a Try & Hire (with option for permanent employment).

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Independent execution of maintenance work (servicing, inspection, repair and calibration) on internal production facilities (including corundum blasting, coating and grinding systems)
• Quick and precise fault diagnosis and rectification of malfunctions during plant downtimes
• Coordination of maintenance appointments with production, external suppliers and the internal installation team
• Active participation in the assembly and commissioning of new systems on site
• Management and maintenance of the spare parts and wear parts warehouse
• Procurement of measuring instruments as well as coordination and execution of regular calibrations
• Maintenance of maintenance schedules and accurate documentation of all measures in SAP / ORBIS
• Contribution of improvement suggestions for continuous plant optimisation (CIP)

Must-Haves

• Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, automation technician or electrical engineer
• Practical experience in industrial maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of production facilities
• Solid knowledge in automation technology (ideally Siemens controls or ABB robots)
• High resilience, flexibility and pronounced problem-solving skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Nice-to-Haves

• Ongoing or completed further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate
• Experience with SAP (PM module) and maintenance software
• Knowledge in calibration of measuring and testing equipment
