IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You are the person to whom technical questions are directed when others cannot proceed. Multiple customer environments with different requirements keep your daily work varied. You move with routine between the Microsoft world, virtual workplaces and network security. Projects and operations alternate, boredom rarely arises. And because you like to share knowledge, the team also benefits from your experience.
Responsibilities:
You support your customers and continuously develop their environments
You install and maintain IT solutions based on Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) and firewall solutions
You perform maintenance and ensure stable operation
You support the service desk with persistent problems in 3rd-level support
Additionally, you participate in IT projects and contribute your experience
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in system engineering
You possess strong analytical skills
You have solid expertise in Microsoft technologies, VDI solutions and firewall systems
You are motivated to develop personally and professionally
You work with a high degree of self-organisation
You are empathetic, treat colleagues and customers with respect and communicate very well in German and English
