Junior Software Consultant - Abacus (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact, you competently support customers with all matters concerning Abacus software via telephone, email or remote access
Solve technical and professional challenges through structured error analysis and targeted support
Convey the optimal use of the software with practical online training and workshops
Maintain helpful documentation, instructions and FAQs to sustainably support users
Together with the project team, you contribute to the introduction and further development of Abacus solutions
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical training, preferably with a focus on IT, computer science or business administration
Professional experience in customer support, help desk or with ERP applications is an advantage; Abacus knowledge is welcome
You bring a good understanding of software solutions, ERP processes and a strong IT affinity
Fluent written and spoken German, English skills are an advantage
