Do you enjoy being close to the construction process, taking responsibility and delight in independently managing projects? In our 12-member team in the real estate department, you will ensure the successful implementation of construction and renovation projects, the sustainable preservation of the value of our properties, and the long-term development of our real estate portfolio. You can expect a variety of tasks with a great deal of personal responsibility and creative freedom.

Your tasks

• You plan, coordinate and independently realise conversion and extension projects as well as demanding renovations in occupied properties
• You manage external partners such as planners, architects and contractors and represent the interests of the owners
• You ensure the sustainable preservation of the value of our properties and initiate appropriate measures
• You are responsible for the rolling 10-year planning for the properties assigned to you and derive investment and renovation measures from it
• You support the evaluation and assessment of real estate investments and development opportunities

Your profile

• You have completed training or further education in construction, real estate or a comparable field
• You bring several years of experience in independently managing construction, conversion or renovation projects
• You have a strong technical understanding, think practically and find pragmatic and economical solutions even for complex issues
• You work independently, responsibly and convince with your high decision-making competence, flexibility and strong team spirit
• You impress with strong communication skills, assertiveness and a confident manner towards various stakeholders
• You communicate fluently in German; knowledge of French is an advantage
