For our client, a company active in the textile sector in French-speaking Switzerland, with several sites and nearly 300 employees, we are looking for a External Customer Advisor (male/female), 80-100%, permanent contract. Hospitals, nursing homes and hotels, you will become their key contact person.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You regularly visit your existing clients and advise them on the textile range from the catalogue.
• You ensure follow-up with your clients in a shared software that keeps a history of exchanges: telephone follow-up and handling of complaints.
• You implement the company’s products with new clients, including fittings in hospitals or nursing homes, in coordination with production.
• You prospect, prepare offers with the sales department and follow up on tenders on market platforms.
• You report recurring requests from your clients to the textile service.
• You participate in internal meetings, collaborate with production and carry out administrative tasks for the sales department.

You offer your new employer

• You have proven experience in external sales.
• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee, sales employee or an equivalent qualification.
• You have experience in textiles or housekeeping (hospitality, hospital, nursing home, laundry processing): this is a major asset, but not required.
• You understand the constraints of textiles, deadlines and quantities: it is not about selling items, but ensuring a reliable service.
• You have an excellent command of French; knowledge of German is a valued plus.
• You are comfortable with common IT tools and hold a driving licence.
• You have good interpersonal skills, know how to listen and place the client at the centre of your actions.
• You are autonomous, organised, thorough, flexible and discreet, and you take care of your appearance.
