System Engineer - Cloud & Workplace Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You manage a versatile IT landscape and ensure that workplaces, systems, and digital services are always available.
You take care of the technical administration of the Microsoft platform as well as identities, devices, and access models.
You investigate complex technical challenges, find sustainable solutions, and improve existing operational processes.
You participate in the introduction of new technologies as well as in technical changes, deployments, and renewals.
You manage external technology partners and coordinate maintenance windows, technical deployments, and various operational activities.
You ensure traceable management of hardware, software, and system information.
You contribute your own ideas for modernising, automating, and securing the IT environment.
Qualifications:
Training in the IT field or comparable professional background with appropriate further education.
Several years of experience in system administration, IT operations, or technical support.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and modern endpoint management concepts.
Familiarity with Windows systems, server technologies, mobile platforms, and hybrid infrastructures.
Knowledge of identity management, information security, and technical compliance requirements.
Organisational strength, initiative, and the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
Strong communication skills and very good German language skills; additional language skills are a plus.
