Due to a retirement, we are looking for a responsible
Clerk Qualification Procedures and Finance (70 - 80 %)
from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.Your tasks
In this key role, you assume essential operational responsibility. These include in particular:
- Independent handling of administrative processes related to the organisation, execution and evaluation of the qualification procedures including management and maintenance of master, examination and personal data as well as ensuring high data quality
- Support of the department head as well as the chief experts in planning, organising and handling the qualification procedures
- Independent processing of expert remunerations including checking and handling the corresponding documents
- Independent administrative processing and coordination of the entire compensation for disadvantages
- Administrative support of the department head in finance-related tasks, especially in controls, billing and evaluations
- Taking on further tasks and responsibilities according to personal competencies and the development of the function
Your profile
You have a convincing combination of professional competence and pronounced communication skills. Specifically, you bring:
- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience, preferably in vocational education, examination or administration
- Strong numerical aptitude and enjoyment of administrative and finance-related tasks as well as experience with financial processes (creditors etc.)
- Independent, structured and reliable working style combined with high accuracy and sense of responsibility in dealing with data and confidential information
- Team spirit, resilience and organisational talent
- Interest in digital work processes and specialised applications as well as willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility and to take on responsibility
