What is my role?

• Responsibility for the ongoing support and continuous development of access and authorisation systems

• Ensuring smooth operation through monitoring and optimisation of temperature and monitoring systems

• Administrative and technical management as well as control of various building services systems

• Analysis and rectification of technical faults and malfunctions in building services installations

• Independent planning and implementation of projects in collaboration with project management as well as coordination of necessary measures

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in building services, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering or access control systems

• Strong interest in building services installations and their technical functions

• Independent, systematic and solution-oriented approach to tasks

• Reliable and cooperative personality with a strong sense of responsibility

• Solid knowledge of common IT applications is desirable
