Hourly Paid Service Specialist for Palazzo Colombino
Tasks
Your main tasks include:
- Proper and professional guest care
- Co-responsible for the smooth service process at Palazzo Colombino
- Competent management of a station including cash handling
- Provision of the required mise-en-place
- Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness guidelines
Shifts are from Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00 pm to approx. midnight, Sundays from 1:00 pm to approx. 11:00 pm. There is also the possibility to work only in the evening (e.g. from 5:00 pm).
Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant sector
- Experience in banquet service or à la carte service
- Fluent German and English, any additional language is an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Warm, charming hosts, enthusiastic and motivated
- Resilient, flexible and a team player
- High commitment, initiative and reliability
