Job Description
Reporting to the Infrastructure Management, you ensure the supervision, coordination and smooth daily operation of all activities related to housekeeping and laundry services spread over two sites. Leading a large team, you guarantee the quality, continuity and efficiency of the services provided while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities include managing and developing teams, operational management of daily activities, creating schedules and optimising resource organisation. As a true conductor, you coordinate cleaning services for living areas and common spaces, as well as all activities related to linen management, including alteration and sewing work. In close collaboration with various internal departments, you support the institution's evolving needs while maintaining a high level of service quality and satisfaction. Comfortable with activity management and budget control, you participate in budget preparation and monitoring, manage purchases and supplier relations, and ensure optimal use of available resources. As a proactive contributor, you actively participate in continuous process improvement, service development and monitoring of your sector's performance indicators.
Profile Sought
With recognised training in the field, you have solid professional experience of at least five years in housekeeping, including a supervisory role within a specialised, medico-social or hospitality institution. The federal certificate of hotel-housekeeping sector manager will be an appreciated asset. As a hands-on manager, you stand out for your unifying leadership, listening skills and ability to mobilise your teams around common goals. Organised, rigorous and with an excellent sense of priorities, you combine operational vision with a strategic approach. Your interpersonal skills, analytical ability and service orientation enable you to succeed in demanding environments where service quality and people are central. Known for your professional rigour and attention to detail, you ensure compliance with high-quality standards and are capable of managing several projects and priorities simultaneously without compromising the quality of work delivered.
