Role:
You are an experienced Cyber Security Specialist looking for a new challenge. In this role, you take responsibility for the security of IT systems and networks. You are responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to identify and counter potential threats. With your professional experience and expertise, you make important decisions to ensure the security of data and systems. You are an important part of a team committed to the security and integrity of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for technical security controls and detection, prevention and protection mechanisms
In this role, you are the point of contact for security enquiries from customers or audit matters
As a Cyber Security Engineer, you take on tasks such as the technical design, implementation and further development of security architectures
You assist in building the information security management system, such as technical measures
In this role, you support the professional development of SIEM/XDR from a technical perspective
You work closely with Security Operations and Systems Engineering and Operations
Qualifications:
- You have training in computer science, cyber security or information security or a comparable qualification
- You bring professional experience in security operations, security engineering or information security
- You have knowledge of SIEM, XDR, vulnerability management and incident response
- You have an understanding of standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls or the ICT minimum standard
- You work analytically, independently and responsibly and enjoy collaborating
- You speak very good German and good English
