Back Office Account Opening Clerk

Responsibilities

• Opens customer relationships and products for all customer and product groups
• Checks account opening applications formally and materially with regard to compliance with instructions and guidelines (VSB, GwG and CBB).
• Follow-up on defective opening applications, including telephone and written customer contact
• Implementation of optimisation measures
• Participates in projects

Requirements

• Bank apprenticeship or commercial apprenticeship with initial banking experience
• Avaloq user knowledge is an advantage
• Confident German language skills, French skills are an advantage
• Team player, helpful, communicative, reliable working style
