Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 80 -100%
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Taking on responsibilities as a key nurse
- Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned guests, including RAI nursing needs assessment
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
- Leading case discussions and nursing reports
- Taking on responsibilities as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
