Your mission within Ecobion

We are pleased to offer you a new position:
Food Hygiene Auditor and Advisor
This position covers the Riviera Region, Chablais, Lower Valais.

Your tasks;

• Evaluate quality systems, infrastructures, working methods, or even operational concepts,
• Advise and assist our clients in implementing their corrective actions,
• Create and implement HACCP systems and self-monitoring concepts,
• Support clients in complying with Swiss legislation and various cantonal regulations,
• Carry out sample collections and interpret their analysis results,
• Provide training related to food safety,
• Manage the planning and overall execution of assignments,
• Live or plan to live in the main work region or very close to it.

Your profile;

• You are an agronomy technician, food engineer, have an equivalent background or possess solid knowledge in food technology and microbiology,
• You have good practical experience with HACCP,
• You are familiar with Swiss food legislation,
• You master the good practice guides validated by the FSVO,
• You are fluent in French (spoken and written),
• You have good knowledge of culinary arts,
• You can work independently but also integrate well into a team,
• You are flexible and have good organisational skills,
• You enjoy travelling and can cope with the related uncertainties,
• You have excellent interpersonal skills,
• You live or plan to live in the main work region or very close to it.
