Your tasks

• Management and assurance of the technical availability of automation systems at the Zell site in the areas of production, logistics, and building services/infrastructure
• Management and further development of the overarching server systems in the automation and operational technology environment (HMI, SCADA, PLS, Data Historian, MES, WMS)
• Willingness to work between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm
• Interface function between users, IT, engineering, and suppliers
• Execution and support of projects in the field of automation (e.g. optimisation, adaptation, expansion, modernisation) on plants and systems
• Integration of plants, systems, and components into the Bell Group structure
• Support during commissioning and production support of highly complex plants
• Contributing your expertise to provide professional support to various maintenance and project teams

Your profile

• Completed technician training, preferably with prior training as an electrician, electronics technician, automation technician, or IT specialist
• Professional experience in programming and commissioning of PLC and visualisation systems, such as Siemens S7 (Step 7 Classic / TIA Portal) and WinCC, as well as fieldbus systems like ProfiNet, etc.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English is an advantage
• Experience with IT systems (Windows client, server, networks)
• Experience in implementing and coordinating automation projects
• Experience with MES or WMS systems is an advantage
