Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer Microsoft & Security (m/f/d)

Role:
You take on a central role in the support and modernisation of a powerful enterprise IT. In doing so, you further develop existing system landscapes, ensure stable operation and make sure that technical and security-relevant requirements are reliably implemented.
Your area of responsibility includes cloud technologies, automation and the implementation of demanding IT projects. Together with internal teams and external service providers, you develop sustainable solutions, document technical changes and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.
Responsibilities:
Administration and optimisation of the Microsoft system landscape with cloud services, servers and clients
Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliable IT operations
Identifying and resolving technical issues as well as implementing preventive measures
Further development of security concepts and compliance with relevant regulations
Automation of operational processes and participation in digitalisation projects
Technical documentation, user support and coordination with internal and external contacts
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science as well as further education at HF or FH level
Several years of professional experience in system technology and enterprise IT operations
Very good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures
Expertise in cloud solutions, IT security and process automation
Experience in carrying out infrastructure and digitalisation projects
Independent, structured working style, strong service orientation as well as good German and English skills
