- Site preparation: Prepare and clean surfaces to be waterproofed, apply bonding primers, and prepare supports to ensure finishes.
- Installation and application: Install bituminous and synthetic waterproof membranes on roofs (flat or pitched), terraces, balconies, and underground structures.
- Insulation & Protection: Carry out thermal insulation work as well as the installation of surface protection elements.
- Finishing & Control: Ensure the completion of precision finishes (upstands, joints) and perform quality checks on completed work.
- Safety & Organisation: Strictly adhere to safety instructions and standards on sites, work as a team, and guarantee compliance with deadlines.


What we are looking for:
- Proven and successful experience in waterproofing in Switzerland or Europe.
- Excellent mastery of torch welding and good reading of plans as well as technical instructions.
- Neat, precise, and responsible work. You demonstrate autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and good team spirit.
- Good physical condition and perfect aptitude for outdoor and height work.
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a waterproofer or equivalent training (an advantage).
- Driving licence (mandatory).
