Role:
A specialised Swiss engineering and software company that has been developing and implementing customised automation solutions for technically demanding systems for several decades.
This offers professionals a versatile environment with high personal responsibility, flat hierarchies, and the opportunity to contribute to solutions that are directly relevant to energy supply, environmental technology, and industrial processes.
Responsibilities:
As the central contact person, you lead the entire finance department both professionally and personally and ensure its smooth operation.
You are responsible for financial and operational accounting, liquidity planning, as well as the preparation of interim and annual financial statements including tax and VAT matters.
You prepare budgets, forecasts, KPI evaluations, and meaningful financial analyses for management and the board of directors.
You are also responsible for creditor control, debtor management, as well as insurance and social security accounting.
With your eye for optimisation, you develop processes, control mechanisms, reporting, and digital financial solutions further, working closely with the relevant internal departments.
Qualifications:
A further education with a federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
You bring several years of professional experience in a versatile finance function and have sound knowledge in accounting, controlling, and Swiss VAT.
Experience in payroll accounting as well as with insurance and social security matters is important for this role.
You are very confident working with Abacus.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
