Responsibilities:
You manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online and ensure secure and smooth operation for customers.
You independently plan and implement demanding IT projects, including cloud migrations, Windows Server, Citrix solutions and modern telephony systems.
You support users and customers in 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-level support, analyse technical faults and ensure sustainable solutions.
You advise customers on cloud, IT security, modern workplace and IT infrastructure topics and develop tailored solution approaches.
You drive the automation of processes, optimise existing workflows and actively contribute new ideas for the further development of the IT landscape.
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, HF, FH or university) and have several years of experience as a system engineer.
You bring solid knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networks and IT security.
You have experience in implementing IT projects and feel confident both in technical operations and in support environments.
You communicate fluently in German, understand Swiss German and appreciate direct contact with customers.
You work independently, responsibly and are enthusiastic about new technologies. Knowledge of Citrix, Wildix or automation is an advantage.
