Your tasks

• Support the head of the OSH department in various projects and topics to sustainably develop OSH
• Your primary task is to support the business units in fulfilling their responsibilities and to jointly advance and strengthen the safety culture
• You conduct accident investigations and site inspections
• You provide general OSH introductions for new employees and support employee training and further education
• Hazard assessments and assistance in implementing the resulting measures complete the range of tasks
• You are an essential part of the OSH specialist organisation in the Arnold Group and contribute your expertise to continuous and positive development

Your competence

• You have a basic electrical engineering education as well as further training as a safety specialist or specialist in occupational safety and health protection successfully completed
• Topics such as fall protection, working in/on traffic, and underground work are familiar to you
• You are characterised by independent work, resilience, and assertiveness
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland and neighbouring countries
• You speak German fluently
• Occupational safety is not just rule-based for you, but a matter close to your heart
