The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Finance Manager (80-100%)
to join our team by October or November 2026.
In this role, you will lead the full finance function end-to-end and support HR administration for a small, highly specialized Zurich-based team. You will help ensure financial integrity and compliance while contributing to the stability and continued success of a globally active organisation.

Your Responsibilities:
- Managing financial accounting (GL, AP, AR), including bookings in Abacus
- Preparing annual financial statements (Swiss CO), VAT returns, and coordinating audits
- Overseeing cash management and cost monitoring
- Coordinating external partners (auditors, fiduciaries, authorities) and managing outsourced services
- Supporting HR administration, including payroll validation and employee lifecycle processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement and the further development of the finance function
Your Profile:
- At least 10 years of accounting experience in a Swiss B2B environment
- Commercial background with further education in finance (e.g. Swiss Fachausweis Finance and Accounting or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Abacus is an advantage
- A structured and pro-active working style, with a strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills when working with clients, partners and authorities
- Fluency in English and conversational German
