- Independent handling and management of projects for new or existing buildings
- Preparation of building physics and acoustic verifications for new or existing buildings
- Consultation of persons involved in construction and quality control on site for professional implementation
- University degree (university or university of applied sciences), technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in building physics/acoustics or a similar background with at least 3 years of professional experience in project management
- Solid expertise in the fields of building physics and acoustics and good knowledge of common regulations and standards
- Strong analytical thinking skills, as well as structured and results-oriented action
- Desirable: experience with the label platform and certification processes
