What is my role?

• Maintenance and administration of all building services systems

• Analysis and troubleshooting of various building services installations

• Inspection of building services installations in close coordination with internal operations engineering

• Documentation and updating of system and building records

• Assistance to the project manager in the field of building services

What do I need to be successful?

• Passion and interest in building services systems and installations

• Completed vocational training in building services (building automation, electrical engineering, heating technology or refrigeration technology)

• Independent and structured way of working

• Valid driving licence category B

• Confident handling of common IT applications and digital tools

• Strong team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration
