Consultant Transaction Services (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• Active participation in financial due diligence projects within the framework of buy-side and sell-side transactions in the SME environment, including analysis of historical financial information and identification of key earnings and cash flow drivers
• Preparation of financial due diligence reports and financial fact books, conducting data analyses and supporting communication with clients and other transaction parties
• Support in interaction with investors (e.g. private equity, strategic investors) in conference calls, management meetings and negotiations
• Support in market development as well as in the preparation of offers, pitches and presentations

What makes you successful

• Higher business education (Bachelor or Master) with an economic, legal or scientific orientation
• Practical experience, ideally through internships or initial professional activities in the areas of M&A, due diligence and/or investment management
• Strong self-starter mentality with confident appearance and enjoyment in communication with customers, investors and other advisors
• High organisational skills combined with a structured, efficient and focused working style
• Very good Excel skills, ideally complemented by initial experience with VBA.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, high affinity for numbers and interest in the application of AI-supported tools and digital solutions in the transaction environment
• Fluent German skills at native level as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
