What is my role?
Our client is looking for you to strengthen their young and dynamic team! In this position, you will take on the independent management and handling of sanitary engineering issues and oversee projects from the initial concept to the final billing. You will work closely with the overall project managers or independently manage complete HVAC projects in overall project management. Your area of responsibility includes:
Carrying out calculations for system dimensioning
Preparation of tender documents
Development of project and execution documentation
Assuming coordination tasks
Taking on specialist site management
What do I need to be successful?
For this position, you bring a completed training as a building services planner with a focus on sanitary technology. Ideally, you have further trained as a technician TS/HF or already gained practical experience in project management. In addition, you are characterised by:
Proven experience in independent project execution
Confident handling of customer contact
Sound knowledge of CAD programmes and MS Office
Independent and structured way of working
Interest in interdisciplinary issues
Strong team spirit
