Senior Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Workplace management with Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Windows Autopilot
Technical support and point of contact for 1st-level support
Process development and documentation of best practices
Participation in national and international IT projects
Further development of the workplace and support of the cloud transformation
Qualifications:
IT training EFZ or higher with 3+ years of workplace experience
Intune, SCCM and IT automation
Strong communication skills with experience in presentations and reporting
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills, good English skills and willingness to travel
