Care Manager Private Customers
This is how you shape health
- Support and accompaniment of insured persons who are ill or injured as well as their relatives in difficult and stressful life situations
- Early intervention by timely recognition of a complex illness or accident
- Coordinating the treatment steps of the partners involved in the recovery process
- Mediation of suitable network partners and therapists
- Development of joint, viable solutions on the way to recovery
- Support for professional and social reintegration
- Coordination with external and internal network partners
This is what sets you apart
- Solid medical training and expertise (e.g. nursing)
- An additional specialised or university degree in social work, psychology, coaching, health or care management, or similar, is an advantage
- Several years of operational experience in care management, ideally in the social or health insurance sector
- Your personality is characterised by solution- and customer-oriented thinking
- Enthusiastic, responsible and resilient personality
- Very good communication skills, written and spoken, as well as a representative personality with impeccable, situation-appropriate appearance competence
- Fluent German, Italian and English; any additional language is an advantage
- A valid driving licence is mandatory
