About the job
Your tasks
- Active and comprehensive management of a portfolio of commercial properties
- Monthly reporting to owners
- Personal and telephone support of tenants
- Negotiations with tenants and drafting of commercial leases
- Implementing lease modifications and adjusting rents including indexed rents
- Supervising current rent policy and advising owners on market rent setting
- Representing the owner before authorities (conciliation, evictions, etc.)
- Ensuring property maintenance in accordance with the management contract
- Periodic inspection of properties with preparation of corresponding condition reports
- Entry and exit inspections during property enhancement and tenant changes
- Verification and approval of creditor invoices, management accounts and ancillary costs
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent qualification
- Federal diploma as a property manager (obtained or in progress) or continuing education in real estate
- Several years of professional experience in commercial property management
- Good knowledge of law (Tenancy Law, CO, CC, LP)
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, with good writing skills; English is an advantage
- Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in change
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership style
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach with good interpersonal skills
