About the job
Senior DevOps Engineer Experience Technologies (a)
80% - 100% | Lucerne | Home office possible
You shape the technical future of my.lu.ch: With CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code and a modern log stack, you create the foundation for automated deployments, reliable operation and intelligent monitoring - and together with IT architecture, CISO/DevSecOps and our partners, you set the standards of tomorrow.
Your tasks
- CI/CD & Infrastructure-as-Code: You actively drive the development of the cross-platform Azure DevOps pipeline and establish Terraform as the standard for all applications.
- Security & Secrets: You ensure the secure management of secrets, implement measures from Tenable scanning and act as the central interface to CISO/DevSecOps.
- Observability & Analytics: You build the central log stack and the SLI/SLO monitoring from scratch, contribute to the Sitecore architecture and establish UX analytics to measure the task completion rate.
- Architecture, requirements & operation: You analyse, structure and prioritise requirements from different stakeholders, develop sustainable solution concepts from them and ensure stable, high-quality operation through professional development as well as release and change coordination.
- Collaboration & coaching: You define clear CI/CD interfaces with external providers, work closely with internal and external partners and build CI/CD and IaC competence within the eGov team through your coaching.
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a DevOps/Platform Engineer in production-critical environments as well as solid practical experience with Azure DevOps (or comparable), Terraform, containers/Kubernetes and secret management.
- Experience with modern experience technologies, especially CMS/headless architectures such as Sitecore and UX analytics tools such as Matomo.
- Understanding of network security, WAF concepts such as Airlock and vulnerability management as well as experience in regulated environments, ideally in public administration and with nDSG/compliance requirements.
- High degree of independence and enjoyment in building structures yourself and working according to the principle "structure before activism" - even if governance is not yet conclusively clarified everywhere. You translate requirements from various stakeholders into viable solutions and communicate confidently with non-technical committees. Fluent German completes your profile.
- Knowledge of IAM architectures (SAML, OIDC, eIAM/AGov), experience in managing multiple external suppliers as well as knowledge of eCH standards and SAFe.
