MPA Occupational Health Service (a)

What the daily work routine looks like

• Taking over the entire administration for the Occupational Health Service
• Planning and coordinating appointments
• Complete recording and documentation of cases in the system
• Performing blood draws, sending laboratory samples
• Organising and accompanying vaccinations, including the annual flu vaccination campaign
• Independently handling processes in close consultation with the occupational physician and actively contributing to the implementation of new procedures in documentation and appointment organisation
• Responsible for ordering and managing medical supplies and medications, as well as providing professional advice to employees on health matters

Skills and potential

• Completed training as an MPA and at least 2 years of professional experience
• Structured and independent working style, especially during the absence of the medical specialist
• Professional and discreet handling of sensitive health data as well as the concerns of our employees
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and flexibility to work at various locations (mainly Bruderholz and Liestal)
• Solid MS Office (especially Outlook) skills and ideally experience with KISIM
