Project-leading Architectural Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
In this role, you will take on varied and demanding project tasks within modern planning processes. You will work in a supportive environment with clearly structured CAD standards, especially in the area of BIM planning. Training in 3D methods will specifically promote your professional development. Attractive conditions and diverse development prospects create long-term opportunities. Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will independently lead construction projects through all planning and execution phases.
- You will coordinate internal teams as well as external project participants and guide them purposefully to project success.
- As a project-leading architectural specialist, you will implement demanding design, execution, and detailed planning using Vectorworks 3D.
- You will develop well-founded project and variant studies and formulate precise construction descriptions.
- In tendering processes, you will take on coordination, compare offers, and accompany the awarding of contracts.
- You will actively monitor quality, deadlines, and costs and represent the projects competently towards clients, authorities, and planners.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree in architecture
- You bring several years of experience in planning and implementing demanding construction projects
- You possess solid know-how in execution planning and project organisation
- You work confidently and efficiently with 3D CAD systems such as Vectorworks
- Your structured and independent working style distinguishes you
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
