General Construction Site Manager (M/F/D)

Are you an expert in site management and enjoy seeing large-scale projects come to life? We are looking for our partner, a well-known company in Geneva, for a passionate Site Manager to lead ambitious construction sites.

Here, you do not just supervise: you are responsible for the realisation of varied projects, ranging from the renovation of historic buildings to the construction of modern and sustainable complexes.

Your playground:

• End-to-end management: You ensure the direction of works, from site opening to handover.

• Management & Coordination: You lead the various partner companies and trades on site, ensuring perfect synergy.

• Quality & Cost Control: You are the guardian of budget compliance, deadlines, and the high-quality standards that make the company’s reputation.

• Safety & Standards: You ensure the strict application of safety rules and environmental standards on every site.

• Client Interface: You are the main contact between architects, engineers, and clients.

• Education: You hold a diploma as a Technical ES in site management, a federal foreman certificate, or an equivalent qualification.

• Technical expertise: You have solid experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in site management in Switzerland, ideally in the Geneva market.

• Personality: You are a natural leader, stress-resistant, and have excellent organisational skills.

• Tools: You master planning and site management tools (such as MS Project or specific tendering tools).

• Local: You live in the region or have an excellent knowledge of Geneva’s economic fabric.

• Languages: You speak fluent French, have professional English, German is a plus.
