For a leading manufacturer of high-precision milled parts and surgical instruments for medical technology, we are looking for a

Poly or Production Mechanic Milling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Manufacture of demanding milled components made of chrome steel, stainless steel, titanium or CFRP (especially small series)
• Work on modern 5-axis milling centres (Mikron, Quaser) with Heidenhain controls in a machine park with over 20 systems.
• Operation of CNC machines, loading and unloading of automated, robot-controlled systems (e.g. Workpartner1+)
• Optimisation of processes
• Forming a dynamic duo with your shift partner and the team to ensure production remains efficient.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a production mechanic EFZ
• Solid experience in operating 5-axis machines, loading and unloading robot-controlled systems and troubleshooting - ideally with Heidenhain control
• Reliable team player who appreciates a dynamic environment where you can still make a difference and shape things
• Good knowledge of German
