Claims Officer (80% - 100%)

About the job

The employees of TAS Versicherungen AG handle around 50,000 claims annually, resulting from products offered by TCS or B2B partners. Where possible, they enforce resulting recourse claims. For our growing team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual from 1 October 2026 in Bern (Ostermundigen location).

Your tasks

You are responsible for processing the claims files of our members and policyholders from opening to completion.

This will help you get started

• You have a commercial education and ideally professional experience in the insurance industry or travel sector
• Your spoken and written German is confident; additional language skills are an advantage
• You are proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and enjoy communicating with our customers by phone and in writing. You also have a flair for numbers
• You are naturally solution- and customer-oriented and like to take responsibility. You enjoy working in a team, are sociable and resilient
