Who are we?
We are looking for an experienced personnel consultant to strengthen our team in the Geneva area, specialising in recruitment and talent management for the hospitality sector.

Your daily tasks:

• Actively develop our network through telephone prospecting and field visits.
• Acquire new clients and identify positions to be filled in Geneva and Vaud.
• Recruit and select the best talents for permanent and temporary positions.
• Ensure quality follow-up with clients and retain our temporary staff.

• What we are looking for in you:
• Experience in hospitality or catering ideally, and necessarily in temporary and permanent recruitment.
• A true talent for negotiation and business development, with a proactive and professional approach.
• Good knowledge of the local market (Geneva or Vaud) and hospitality professions.
• Exemplary rigour and a taste for well-done work.
• Dynamism, organisation, diplomacy and impeccable stress management.
• Perfect command of French (spoken and written) and a B2 level in English or German.
• Comfortable with IT tools, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
