Responsibilities:
- Independent management and responsibility as overall project manager for HVAC projects
- Technical and business implementation of projects
- Support in acquisition, preparation of offers, and drafting of contracts
- Coordination with internal and external project participants
- Preparation of project, execution, and tender documents
Qualifications:
- Completed degree as an engineer FH in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology (HS/HLK)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the building technology sector
- Comprehensive experience in planning and implementing HVAC systems
- Independent working style with interdisciplinary interests and skills
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
