At Halter, you work on diverse building projects and take responsibility for their successful implementation. Together with experienced colleagues, you advance projects, actively shape solutions, and continuously develop yourself professionally and personally.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the execution of demanding building projects regarding costs, quality, and deadlines
- Coordination and leadership of all contractors involved in the construction as well as ensuring a smooth construction process
- Control and monitoring of execution – from scheduling through tenders to successful handover
- Conducting contractor negotiations, construction and coordination meetings, as well as inspections
- Active co-creation of economical and practical solutions together with the project team
What you bring
- Solid construction-related or craft-based basic training (e.g. draughtsman EFZ, bricklayer or foreman)
- Ongoing or completed further training as a site manager or technician HF/TS
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced awareness of costs, deadlines, and quality
- Leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and an independent, structured way of working
- Interest in digital working methods
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and developing solutions together as a team
- Winning communication, assertiveness, and a confident appearance
