The Centre for Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine encompasses the specialties of cardiovascular, pulmonary, internal oncology as well as musculoskeletal rehabilitation and combines the outpatient, inpatient and telemedical services from the Inselspital and the Bern Rehabilitation Centre. It is one of the leading providers in the field in service, teaching and research, with national and international influence and networking.

What to expect

• You organise and arrange appointments for our patients in outpatient rehabilitation & sports medicine
• You maintain telephone and written contact with internal and external parties such as patients and doctors
• You process insurance enquiries / billing / invoicing of outpatient medical services
• You support our doctors administratively
• You are responsible for organising the smooth daily routine together with the team

What you bring

• Successfully completed commercial or equivalent training
• You preferably have already gained professional experience in the medical field
• Independent working style and organisational skills, as well as good PC knowledge
• You communicate confidently in your native German language, both spoken and written, and ideally have good oral French skills
• You are a communicative and resilient personality with a strong customer orientation
