To strengthen our team in the Perfumery sector, we are looking from 01.01.2027, for a permanent position, at the Geneva site, for a motivated and committed person as Floor Manager, 100%.

Your responsibilities

• You implement operational sales activities within your area of responsibility.
• You actively develop omnichannel activity on the sales floor, notably via Instore Ordering.
• You acquire new customers and actively contribute to the development of the loyalty programme.
• You develop and maintain quality relationships with partner brands to strengthen commercial collaboration.
• You design, organise, and coordinate commercial activities as well as pop-ups, in collaboration with brands and internal teams while respecting a demanding commercial calendar.
• You conduct negotiations with partner brands to obtain the best conditions and support commercial objectives.
• You demonstrate a keen sense of priorities and can effectively manage several issues simultaneously.
• You ensure the management and coordination of Manor teams as well as partner brand teams present on the sales floor.
• You monitor sales and margin performance, analyse results, and implement necessary measures and initiatives.
• You guarantee a customer-oriented organisation and an optimal shopping experience.
• You ensure product availability and oversee efficient stock management.
• You ensure compliance with legal obligations, regulations, and internal company directives.
• You coach and support employees on the sales floor to develop their skills and performance.
• You plan and organise your team’s resources according to commercial and operational needs.
• You conduct recruitment, development, and exit interviews, and provide regular follow-up with your employees through annual reviews and performance discussions.

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma in retail or an equivalent qualification.
• You have a Federal Certificate as a retail specialist, which is an advantage.
• You have solid experience in retail and understand the sector’s challenges.
• You have proven experience in team management and leadership.
• You have good knowledge of operational retail management.
• You are proficient in English. German is an advantage.
• You master Microsoft Office tools and digital environments.
• You are open to new technologies and adapt quickly to new systems and digital tools.
