You provide 2nd-level support for specialised trade and end customers in German; French is an advantage
You manage the service provider portal and coordinate spare parts
You support sales and end customers in pre-sales activities and test devices and software solutions
You supervise 1-2 apprentices as a vocational trainer in the ICT field
Qualifications:
You have a technical or commercial basic education and good IT knowledge
You are conversationally fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
Knowledge of macOS and Linux is a plus
You are eager to learn and interested in continuous further education
You have very good German skills and conversational fluency in English; French is an advantage
