Role:
Numbers are more than just values in a table for you – you recognise connections and keep an overview even with complex processes? For our ROCKEN partner, a health insurance company with over 30 employees at the Bern location, we are looking for exactly this personality. As part of a well-coordinated team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in accounting: payments are managed, customer enquiries are competently answered, and bookkeeping is kept clean.
Responsibilities:
Together with the team, you ensure smooth operations in the day-to-day accounting business
You manage and monitor all payment transactions
You are the competent contact for customer enquiries
You take charge of financial, accounts payable, and asset accounting
You actively participate in the year-end closing tasks
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with further training in accounting
You bring several years of experience in finance and accounts payable
You work precisely and in a structured manner
You are a team-oriented, independent personality
You have very good German skills; French is an advantage
