Production Planner / PPS 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on high-precision components and technical special solutions. With many years of experience, state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, and high engineering competence, the company develops and produces high-quality products for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision, and innovation are at the core.
Responsibilities:
You plan production capacities in coordination with the responsible production departments.
You monitor customer orders regarding delivery dates and production progress.
You procure raw materials, components, and operating supplies according to material requirements.
You create orders, track delivery dates, and clarify deviations directly with suppliers.
You award external manufacturing orders and coordinate their timely execution.
For product launches, you organise master data maintenance and monitor relevant deadlines.
For defined product groups, you take over inventory management and stock control.
You check incoming invoices and coordinate reconciliation with the responsible departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, supplemented by commercial further training.
Experience in production planning and control of industrial series production.
Good user knowledge of SAP PP and MM.
Analytical thinking and the ability to recognise operational contexts.
Structured working method in coordinating multiple orders and deadlines.
Assertiveness in dealing with internal departments and external suppliers.
Clear communication and independent organisation of daily tasks.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
