Your main tasks

• Ensuring the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Advising and supporting employees and managers on all HR topics, especially on labour law issues
• Supporting the line in personnel recruitment
• Maintaining master data and monthly payroll processing in ABACUS
• Managing the time recording system
• Administrative monitoring of apprentice supervision
• Designing the monthly HR newsletter and managing the intranet
• Supporting the Head of HR in operational HR activities as well as international projects
• Organising and conducting employee events

Your profile

• Professional basic training as well as further training as a personnel administrator or HR specialist
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Independent and precise working style
• Communicative, proactive personality with initiative
• Loyal and discreet
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Native German speaker; French and English skills are an advantage
