Electricity Personnel Placement Specialist (M/F/D) - Geneva

Job Description

• Develop the client portfolio through prospecting (telephone, face-to-face, etc.) and maintain strong existing partnerships
• Recruit profiles suited to client needs and expand the existing candidate network
• Analyse client and candidate expectations to ensure the best collaborations aligned with everyone’s needs
• Enhance your visibility, that of leteam, and strengthen links with our partners through various events
• Optimise relationships and the network to increase turnover
• Manage relationships with partners and various stakeholders

We Expect

• To be driven by challenge and success
• You live near Geneva and have a good network
• To have a technical background (ideally in electricity) and commercial or equivalent field
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment, personnel management, or business development)
• Strong interest in sales, negotiation, and results (good knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques)
• Bring added value through your personality, authenticity, and dynamism
• Be autonomous while knowing how to surround yourself with the right people to achieve your goals
• Show perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communication skills and ability to create and maintain trustful relationships with clients and candidates
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written (a second language is a plus)
